Theresa's Unique Training & Background Enable Her To Teach About Wellness From A Faith Perspective.
Theresa Fallow began her career in healthcare over 30 years ago when she first served as a United States Navy Hospital Corpsman and then as a Combat Medic in the Army National Guard.
Upon honorable discharge she attended Florida State University where she graduated with her bachelor's degree in nursing and proceeded to work as a nurse in critical care, psychiatric/mental health, home health, and hospice.
In 2012, Theresa obtained her master’s degree in nursing education and taught nursing for approximately 5 years. In 2017, Theresa started teaching classes in the community about Faith & Wellness and launched her signature “90-Day Jumpstart” program in 2022.
Since that time, Theresa has worked with several hundred clients helping them to get to the root cause of their symptoms by making small, sustainable lifestyle changes.
In addition to the “90-Day Jumpstart”, Theresa helps clients to achieve optimal health by utilizing advanced Functional Medicine techniques.
In 2023, Theresa graduated with an Executive Certificate in Clinical Leadership and in 2026, she will graduate with her Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree.
Upon graduation, Theresa plans to work with Christian leadership and share her message with churches, while continuing to help clients improve their health so that they can serve God as his hands and feet.
Theresa believes strongly that obedience precedes joy, and she strives to obey the call God has placed on her life. Romans chapter 12 provides the motivation behind why Theresa works diligently to help God’s people.
She believes that each of God's children has been given unique gifts with which to serve the body of Christ and that each should work to be as healthy as possible in order to fulfill their calling.
Theresa and her husband, Lawrence, currently live in Lynchburg, Virginia with Cooper, their 2-year-old French Bulldog.
Lawerence is a law student at Liberty and looks forward to serving his community as an attorney and helping people to uphold their Constitutional rights.
Together, Theresa and Lawerence have five grown children, three daughter-in-laws, and two grandsons. They enjoy traveling and spending time with each other and their family as much as possible.
Theresa and Lawrence attend church at Thomas Road Baptist Church in Lynchburg and are members of Weems Creek Baptist Church in Annapolis, Maryland.
Both Theresa and Lawerence have a passion for helping others and for following God's direction, constantly seeking his will for their lives.
They plan to remain in Lynchburg after graduation but do not presume to know God's long-term plan for their lives.
